    HOSTS are an important first point of contact for our patrons. They meet and greet guests, help manage seating arrangements, and tend to the patrons waiting to be seated. They also work directly with the servers and restaurant managers to determine the pace and flow of customers' dining times.

    CASHIERS work directly with the manager, servers and guests in all sales transactions. Cashiers are responsible for screening and directing incoming phone calls, as well as handling to-go and pick-up food orders. They also help servers in processing bills-of-sale and credit card transactions.

    SERVERS are the face of our restaurants. Their job is to ensure the guest has an enjoyable, and lively experience and will return to dine with us. They are responsible for helping guests understand the menu and wine selection, offering suggestions based on guests' preferences, and presenting daily specials.

    SHIFT LEADERS provide additional support to the General and Restaurant Managers on an intermittent basis by supervising shifts. Interested candidates should have at least one year of experience in the restaurant industry and a desire to develop their management skills.

    KITCHEN TRAINERS maintain food quality standards and oversee food procurement, production and service; including inventory and ordering, storage and rotation, food preparation and recipe adherence. Interested candidates should have at least two years of kitchen supervision experience.

    RESTAURANT MANAGERS support the General Manager in all aspects of shift management. Interested candidates should have at least two years of restaurant management experience.

    GENERAL MANAGERS are the "CEO" of their location, overseeing the complete operation. They're responsible for training and developing their staff, and building a strong presence in the local community. Interested candidates should have at least five years of restaurant management experience.
