Hosts & Cashiers
Our hosts are an important first point of contact for our patrons. They meet and
greet the guests, help manage seating arrangements, and tend to those who are waiting
to be seated. They also work directly with the servers and restaurant managers to
determine the pace and flow of customers dining times.
Our cashiers work directly with the restaurant manager, servers, and guests in all
sales transactions. Cashiers are responsible for screening and directing incoming
phone calls, as well as handling to-go and pick-up food orders. Last but not least
our cashiers help the servers in the processing of bills-of-sale and credit card
transactions.
Servers
Our servers are the face of our restaurants. Their job is to ensure the guest has
an enjoyable and lively experience while dining at Pasta Pomodoro. Servers are responsible
for helping guests understand the Pasta Pomodoro concept of simple, fresh, and stylish
Italian food at a reasonable price. They are also responsible for helping our guests
understand the menu and wine selection; they offer suggestions based on guests'
preferences, and present daily specials. Most importantly our server's make certain
that guests' needs are always met and that they will return to dine with us.
Shift Managers
Our Shift Manager provides additional support to the General and Restaurant Managers
on an intermittent basis by supervising shifts. Interested candidates should have
a minimum of 1-year restaurant industry and desire to develop their management skills
and opportunity.
Restaurant Managers
Our Restaurant Manager supports the General Manager in all aspects of shift management.
Interested candidates should have a minimum 2 years restaurant management experience.
General Managers
Our General Manager oversees the complete operation of a restaurant, is responsible
for the training and development of their assisting managers and staff, and builds
a strong presence in the local community. Interested candidates should have a minimum
of 5 years restaurant management experience.
