Earthbound is the leading organic leaf lettuce and spinach grower in the country and provides Pasta Pomodoro with a custom blend of organic sweet lettuce as well as organic spinach.
Seasonal produce inspires our seasonal menus. Our growing list of farmers and families
includes Alfieri Farms, Capay Farms, Coke Farms, Dwelley Farms, and Riverdog Farms. All of
our tomatoes are locally grown in Salinas, CA
We use only the freshest quality, cured meats from Zoe’s Meats in Petaluma. Zoe’s Meats are abundantly flavorful.

Founded by renowned chef, Paul Bertolli, Fra’ Mani Foods’ mission is to keep old world food
traditions alive in taste and craft, using ingredients of the highest quality from sustainable
sources. That approach goes in to making the locally produced sausage made to Pasta Pomodoro’s specifications.
We offer gelato that is hand-made from a traditional Italian recipe by La Copa Loca Gelato located in the Mission District of San Francisco.
Our wine list is 100% local region or Italian in origin, several of our wines are distributed exclusively to us by local vineyards. We offer an Old Vine Zinfandel from Macchia Wines in Lodi CA (central coast).
