Belfiore
Belfiore Cheese Company is one of the few remaining small,
family-owned cheese making operations in the Bay Area. All
Belfiore products are made 100% naturally without any additives or
preservatives. We feature their fresh mozzarella in a number of our
menu items.
Bellwether Farms
The cow and sheep cheeses made at Bellwether are used by chefs
in many of the finest restaurants across the country, and are
regularly featured in The New York Times, Martha Stewart, Sunset
Magazine, and gourmet food publications. A former nurse, Cindy
Callahan founded Bellwether Farm in 1986. The farm is located in
Sonoma County, about an hour north of San Francisco, and a few
miles from the Pacific Ocean.
Cowgirl Creamery
In 1997, Sue Conley and Peggy Smith opened Cowgirl Creamery in
Pt. Reyes Station, which is located on the coast about an hour
north of San Francisco. This delicious, artisan cheese quickly
developed a cult following in the Bay Area. Today, Cowgirl Creamery
continues to make just a small collection of cheese -- four, soft
aged and three fresh, totaling about 3,000 pounds per week.

artisan-crafted Camembert, Brie, Schloss and related soft-ripened cheeses.
Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese
Bob Giacomini began milking cows on his Point Reyes dairy in
1959. Over the years, Bob and his wife Dean, together with their
four daughters, Karen, Diana, Lynn and Jill, developed a shared
vision of bringing an all-natural farmstead product directly from
their ranch to the consumer's table. This dream was realized in
August, 2000 when they founded Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Company
and produced the first vat of award winning Point Reyes Original
Blue™.
Straus Family Creamery
This small, family-owned dairy farm began when Bill Straus began
farming in 1941 with just 23 cows here on the beautiful shores of
Tomales Bay and the Point Reyes National Seashore, 60 miles north
of San Francisco. In 1994 the Straus farm became the first
certified organic dairy west of the Mississippi River. In February
1994, the family opened Straus Family Creamery to produce organic
milk, yogurt, butter and ice cream.
Seasonal Produce
Throughout the year, we offer a seasonal menu that is paired
with local, in-season produce. We're greatful to our growing list
of farmers and families at Alfieri Farms, Capay Farms, Coke Farms,
Dwelley Farms, and Riverdog Farms.
