    Diestel Ranch Organic Turkey

The Diestel Family Ranch is located approximately 2.5 hours east of San Francisco in Sonora in the picturesque Sierra Nevada Foothills. Since 1949 the Diestel Family has continued the tradition of naturally raising range grown turkeys and work as one of the last small family owned turkey grower-processors in the United States.

Diestel turkeys enjoy the freedom to roam the clean Sierra Nevada Foothills and are given extra time to grow and develop flavor naturally - an extra two months with no growth stimulants, hormones and absolutely no animal by-products. Diestel turkeys are fed a wholesome, low fat, all-American 100% vegetarian diet of US (no imports) corn and soybeans milled on the ranch.

    Fra’Mani

Fra'Mani was recently founded by Chef Paul Bertolli, a veteran of Chez Panisse and Oliveto. Paul brings his passion for handcrafted food to his latest project.  He handcrafts sausage and salumi in the finest pastoral Italian tradition from the highest-quality pork, raised with no antibiotics and 100% vegetarian feeds.

    Mary’s Free Range Chickens

Mary's Free-Range Chickens are produced by Pitman Farms, a family owned business that has been raising poultry for three generations. The chickens grow naturally with plenty of open space on a ranch in California and are raised in a humane manner by allowing them to roam in a stress-free environment that is four times the size of the average commercial ranch. Because of cleaner living quarters, a healthier and happier chicken is produced having a better taste.

    Niman Ranch

Niman Ranch began in the early 1970s on an eleven acre ranch in a small coastal town just north of San Francisco. The cattle were raised using traditional, humane husbandry methods and given wholesome all-natural feeds. In 1995, Niman Ranch was introduced to Paul Willis, of Thornton Iowa.  Paul was working to revitalize sustainable hog farming methods in the Midwest and his commitment to raising hogs in a humane, old-fashioned way matched Niman Ranch's principles. Niman Ranch was now able to proudly offer beef, pork and lamb.

    Snake River Farms

Snake River Farms ("SRF") is a family-owned business based in Boise, Idaho, which began over a decade ago with a small herd of Wagyu cattle from the Kobe region of Japan. The Wagyu bulls were crossed with premium American Black Angus to form a proprietary herd that has developed into one of the finest groups of Wagyu/Angus cross cattle in the U.S. Often referred to as American Kobe Beef, this unique breed was bred specifically to deliver the finest eating quality. Every step in the production process is strictly controlled to ensure that this level of distinction is achieved. SRF also produces American Kurobuta Pork, 100% pure all-natural Berkshire pork, raised by a small network of family farmers dedicated to delivering only the best. It is the finest pork available.
