    Our Loyalty Program

    We've spent the past year listening to guest feedback about our "outdated" Loyalty Program!  We've heard your concerns about the complexity of our current program and how our "Pasta P Regulars" would like a new program that's simple to understand and easy to use...

    So based on your feedback, effective June 1, 2011, we are pleased to announce the following changes to our Loyalty Program:

    1. Our old reward point program will be discontinued as of May 31, 2011. As of June 1, 2011, all current and active Loyalty Program participants (participants that have earned points within the past 12 months) will be transferred into our new Loyalty Program. Loyalty Program accounts that have not been active within the past 12 months will not be transferred into our new Loyalty Program and any unused points and rewards will be forfeited.
    2. For current and active Loyalty Program participants, Rewards earned from points accrued through May 31, 2011 can be redeemed until December 31, 2011. Any points under the old program that did not go towards reaching an award threshold will not transfer to the new program. After December 31, 2011, all rewards under the old reward program will expire.
    3. Points earned in our new Loyalty Program will be based on pre-tax / pre-tip dollars spent per check and will accrue on an one dollar for one point basis (1:1).
    4. For every 200 Loyalty points earned, guests will receive an instant $10 credit on their next lunch or dinner check, thus eliminating the need to redeem points or keep track of your points earned! In the event that the guest check is less than $10, our POS system will hold the credit until a guest has a check greater than $10.
    5. In order to remain active in our new Loyalty Program, guests must earn points at least once every 12 months. Loyalty accounts with no point activity older than 12 months will automatically be closed and all unused points and rewards will be forfeited.
    6. Loyalty points can only be earned for in-store or take out orders. The purchase of Pasta Pomodoro gift cards does not qualify.
