Data Security
Pasta Pomodoro safeguards the security of your personal information
with physical, electronic, and procedural measures. While
we strive to protect your personal information, limitations
inherent in these measures prevent us from completely securing
your personal information.
Children and Privacy
Our website offers features which do not require a child
to provide any personal information. We collect only limited
personal information from children under age 13 (such as their
birth date and email address) to respond to their online requests.
For example, we may collect a child's email address in order
to send the child a game or a coupon for a food item or a
toy, but in those instances we promptly delete the email address
from our database. We may also ask a child to provide an email
address of a parent so we can notify the parent or seek consent.
When a child joins our Kids Club, we collect and retain the
child's birthdate, nickname and email address solely to provide
the child with activities and offers provided by the Kids
Club. We will ask the parent for consent using the email address
supplied by the child and will delete the information collected
if consent is not received or upon request by the parent.
We will not collect or store more detailed information from
a child under 13, or share any child's information with third
parties, without the consent of a parent or guardian. We do
not require disclosure of more personal information than is
reasonably necessary for the child to participate in that
activity. The parent or guardian of a child whose information
we have collected may review the child's personal information,
ask to have it deleted, and refuse further collection or use
of the child's information by contacting us using the information
provided above in this Privacy Policy.

We may offer links to websites that are not operated by Pasta
Pomodoro. Those third party sites are not under our control

of these sites, you should review their privacy policies and

Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we
make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal
information we will make that information available by posting
a notice on our website. We may also, but are not required
to, notify you by email or regular mail.
